To give our customers design flexibility, all of our products are "made to order." We start working on the design proof as soon as we receive your inquiry.
This service is free and available to all visitors.
We currently ship only to the United States. You can expect to receive your handmade products in 14 business days after placing your online order, assuming no unexpected delays.
All United States orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged.

Most packages leave our Chantilly, VA office within 14 business days of ordering.
